Story
A dazed Ning Yuan finds himself imprisoned by a menacing gangster named He Zhiyang along with hysterical doctor Su Jin after narrowly avoiding being captured. As he comes to terms with the group's newfound desperate situation, that they are trapped on an isolated island that harbors dangerous viruses, horrifying mutations, and hostile tribes, this proves to be the least of his worries.
