Donghua List offers a comprehensive Donghua guide. We provide user-generated reviews and expert picks to help fans (new and seasoned) discover Donghua matching their interests and deepen their appreciation.

Donghua List may allow postings like reviews, comments, messages, and suggestions. The content you contribute must comply with laws and respect others' rights. It cannot defame, contain obscenities, make threats, invade privacy, or be objectionable. By posting, you grant Donghua List a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, create derivatives, publish, distribute, and display your content globally across media.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes about using Donghua List must undergo binding arbitration, except for small claims court if eligible. Federal arbitration law applies. An arbitrator, not a court or jury, resolves cases with limited court review. However, an arbitrator can award the same damages and relief a court could provide, including injunctions, declaratory judgments, and statutory damages. The arbitrator must follow these Terms of Service as a court would.

7. Limitation of Liability

Donghua List, including directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, cannot be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. This applies whether damages result from accessing or inability to access the service; third-party conduct or content; content obtained; unauthorized access, use or alteration of transmissions or content. It applies regardless of legal theory and whether aware of potential damages, even if a remedy fails its purpose.

Using Donghua List involves risks. The service operates "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." No guarantees, explicit or implicit, including but not restricted to implied assurances of merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Donghua List, subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors don't ensure: a) uninterrupted, secure, or available service at all times/locations; b) error/defect correction; c) virus/harmful component absence; d) results meeting your requirements.

9. General Terms

Modification and Termination: We reserve discretionary rights to modify/replace these Terms anytime. If revisions are substantial, we'll provide minimum 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. What constitutes "material change" is our sole determination. We also reserve rights to immediately terminate/suspend Service access, without prior notice/liability, for any reason, including breaching the Terms.
